FULLY AWARE is an independent clothing brand based in the United Kingdom.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products online. Our products are made to order using trusted print-on-demand fulfilment partners, including Printify and its selected print providers.

3. Products

FULLY AWARE products are designed to carry meaning, identity and intention.

Each product is made to order after you place your order. This means we do not hold large stock, mass-produce unnecessarily or create avoidable waste.

Product images, mockups, colours and sizing are shown as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, device or display.

Product availability, descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice.

4. Print-On-Demand Products

Because our items are printed to order, please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

This includes:

Size
Colour
Product type
Quantity
Delivery address
Contact details

Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.

Made-to-order products may not be returnable simply because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, unless your local law gives you a right that cannot legally be excluded. In the UK and EU, personalised or made-to-order goods can be exempt from the usual cancellation rights, but your rights remain if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and begin processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order if:

Payment cannot be authorised.
The product is unavailable.
There is an error in the product, price or description.
We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
The order appears to be for resale or commercial misuse.
The delivery location is not supported.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Prices And Payment

All prices are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect an order already accepted.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete billing and account information.

7. Shipping And Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Because products are made to order, your order will usually go through two stages:

Delivery

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, print provider, location, courier demand or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, courier issues, customs checks, local postal disruption or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds And Faulty Items

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains when returns, replacements or refunds may be available.

As our products are made to order, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
No longer wanting the item
Accidental duplicate orders once in production

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including UK consumer law, EU consumer law and any mandatory rights that apply where you live.

9. Accuracy Of Information

We aim to keep all information on our website accurate, current and clear.
